(More customer reviews)The actual screen on the player is under 12 inches (the total frame is 15). It was refurbished and had a dvd player that was poorly replaced. After a few hours of viewing the screen went all white and would not show anything. The only good thing was I bought through amazon and I was able to get a refund.
