(More customer reviews)The TV did not work. The store that I purchased from online said I had to send it back to the manufacturer. I sent it to the manufacturer 3 weeks ago. They told me they would have to repair & not replace the unit. I still have not gotten it back. I constantly get the run-around from Sound Around, Brooklyn. I will never purchase online again!

(More customer reviews)After installation, this screen worked for one day, and then stopped functioning. The power turns on, but no video will reaches the screen. I tried to troubleshoot the problem but it looks like I got a lemon. I didn't have time to try and return it, since we had vacation plans and had to go on our road trip without our new screen!

(More customer reviews)Bad Amazon experience with this purchase. The unit worked for one day, but the polarity was reversed. It was provided by this seller as new, but it was used. Scratches on plastic pieces, and they should have cleaned the sneeze splatter off of the display prior to applying the "this should make you think it's new" protective plastic coating. Incredible. Don't get taken for over $100 like I did. Buy anything else anywhere else some other way, and you'll be better off than buying this unit from this seller on amazon.
