(More customer reviews)which is more than I can say for the mediagate which didn't come with an IR emitter even though the amazon description said it did (and why would anyone ever really need one of these things if they didn't need the ir emitter to change the channel on a box, otherwise you could just use a wireless mouse) and the pinnacle remote kit which came with an IR emitter but windows didn't recognize it (it might have recognized it briefly and then lost it but anyway it didn't recognize it). This one actually appears to be working.
