(More customer reviews)The unit I recieved is quite diffent from the picture. 1. it does not come with female RCA cables coming out of it, -you have to plug directly on to the unit. and 2. there is no cable with a female cable end for the antenna, -you have to plug the antenna wire directly into the unit. I hope that when I install it the antenna cable reaches to wherever I mount the unit. A better technical description, and an accurate photo would have been nice.
It also does not operate well. I took my time and did a nice installation spending over 3 hrs on it. Sound quality is OK, but i have to more than double the volume on the radio for comperable volume to other stations. It is usless with any amount of wind noise- which there is a lot of in an old pick up. I should have just bought a new radio for the amount of time I spent- or a cassette adapter- NO installation for that!
Oh yeah- because it doesn not ship from Amazon, the shipping was an aditional $7 increasing the actual cost by 50%.
