(More customer reviews)well i can't honestly tell you how the product is, considering the remote wasnt working when i recieved it from phimart. if your thinking of purchasing this alarm then thats good but if its being purchased thru phimart..please think about it, very bad company, customer service is non existent, once they have your money your relationship is over with them. they dont answer phone calls or anything. so again..be careful who you deal with!!
