(More customer reviews)If I could rate this with zero stars, I would. This is an awful knock-off of the higher priced FM transmitters that actually work. I bought it for a car trip, and was disappointed to find out that it only "worked" intermittently, while holding down the power button, crossing my fingers, and standing on one foot.
I tried using it both with batteries, as well as the power adapter, but to no avail. When it was "working" the audio quality was atrocious, and every time it would cut out the car radio would of course start blaring static white noise. I have used many different FM transmitters, including one I built myself in College, and so I know their limitations. Don't waste your time or money on this piece of junk. Spend a bit more, and get something that actually works!!
They call it an "Apple" FM transmitter..... It has nothing to do with Apple or the iPod.
