(More customer reviews)I took a chance and bought this item for my better half's laptop because:
A. It was on sale.
B. It was compatible with Windows 7.
C. She liked the looks of it.
D. It has a very short USB 2.4GHz transmitter which stays in the port even when it's in it's case.
Brought it home, put in the supplied AAA batteries and plugged in the USB stubby transmitter and Windows found and installed it in less than 20 seconds. She likes the feel of it and her fingers are much longer than mine which are medium size. It replaced a larger Logitech that started acting up after a Windows update. This product has no driver CD. Just plug it in and that's it. Piece of cake.
If the product fails, I'll update this review immediately.
