(More customer reviews)Seems to work great with Windows 7. I'm primarily using serial ports. I was not successful in using the parallel port for a printer but I'm guessing that is a Windows 7 / printer driver issue rather than any negative reflection on this card.However, the metal plate that supports the parallel port is rather flimsy and bends a bit just trying to plug in the cable - I'm guessing it is putting some strain on the mother board rather being solidly supported by the computer's case.
