(More customer reviews)I can't give this produce good marks except that it was cheap in price. I guess the sound quality and FM adjustability is good. The LCD display went out on day 2 (so I have to adjust the FM channel without knowing what frequency is on). The on/off button doesn't work reliably. The grip does not hold the iPhone snugly and the phone comes crashing off the platform on practically any turn of the car. The product does not adjust well and bumps up against dashboard gear when trying to plug it in snugly. I suppose this may be a hard product to make to fit a broad set of use conditions, but there are a number of different things wrong in terms of reliability and design that are hard for me to look past.
