(More customer reviews)I have over 4 hours trying to get this to work. I have XP, finally got the drivers loaded. Tried to use my app for using it, could not get to work. Had a professional help, he couldn't do it.
Installed my USB to serial unit in less then 5 minites, worked great.
No drivers for this unit, went to their web, said to go to netmoss.com to get the drivers, need a password to get into. Sent the info to them, never got a password back, sent an email to support, never got a reply.
I guess I will eat the $65 for this, maybe get my money back for the hardware but never the time. One would be a fool to buy this, maybe works for other windows but not XP
