(More customer reviews)I have a pair of Motorola bluetooth headphones that I use with my 4th gen iPod Nano and that combination is just OK; I suffer lots of dropouts if the units don't have a clear line of sight, so I'm forced to have the iPod in an armband high up on my arm. This adaptor doesn't work with my 5th gen Nano at all; it doesn't turn off the built in speaker nor does it connect with my headphones. I have seen reviews for the Scosche TuneStream unit, but that doesn't work for 5th gen iPods either.
